Small steps forward are the first step in people discovering themselves. I believe that people deserve the chance to unlock their true potential and live the life they always dreamed of. “What is Normal?” This is the question I ask myself every day when speaking to people. The way in which people understand the world is subjective and I enjoy being able to work with each person’s own unique perspective in my practice. The word “normal” has always been boring and grey to me; I enjoy working with a variety of different people in different contexts. I like to integrate cognitive behavioural, person centred and narrative techniques in my practice with other counselling techniques

A safe and understanding environment will be created by me where people can heal, grow, and rediscover their strength. As a counselor and social work professional, I am deeply committed to helping individuals, groups, and families work through life's difficulties through compassion and practical support. My method of therapy is simply warm, supportive, and collaborative when it comes to overcoming adversity. I concentrate on providing you with the means to realize your true self, to handle emotional difficulties, and to create healthier relationships and everyday resilience, especially through the learning and practicing of new skills. Having been in various settings, I have noticed how hope and empowerment can lead to the transformation of lives. My intention is to walk alongside you as you regain balance, find clarity, and begin to thrive again. Shedding light on this new era, I am a great listener, full of empathy, and a supporter in letting you take the step of moving forward with confidence and purpose in the case that you or your family or a person close to you is in need of such support. What do you say? Let’s win together.
